Week 1: Breath Work Basics — Learn how to breathe properly in different positions after a pregnancy loss. Breath work has been shown to improve pelvic floor health and regulate the nervous system. Each session is 5 minutes long.
Week 2: Mindful Mobility — Ease your way into movement with these gentle 10 minute mobility sessions. Relieve tension or issues in your pelvis or pelvic floor with these simple mobility sessions.
