Chapter 1 will help you ease into your pelvic floor and core rehab journey. These simple yet effective pelvic floor and core series will help you reconnect to your core to help prevent or combat pelvic floor symptoms, gradually strengthen your body and bring more awareness to your posture. This chapter will also help you establish the fundamentals for Chapters 2 and 3.

Including:

  • Week 3: Core ConnectionStart to connect to your pelvic floor and core with simple and effective exercises. Each session is 20 minutes long.

  • Week 4: Core Connection — Gradually build and progress on your pelvic floor and core connection from Week 3. Each session is 20 minutes long.
