Increase the strength and tension of your pelvic floor and core with strength based sessions!

Chapter 3 focuses on progressing the strength and tension of your pelvic floor and core. These 30 minute sessions include mobility, core activation and weighted circuits or super sets. Please grab your weights, bands and exercise mat before starting each session. I highly recommend going through this chapter sequentially since there are 3 strength challenges during your last week!

Including:

  • Week 9: Strength Training

  • Week 10: Strength Training

  • Week 11: Strength Training

  • Week 12: Strength Training + 3 Strength Challenges!
